About Us

At Mercury Pest Control, we do things differently.

We carry out in-depth surveys and take a thorough approach to complicated rat control issues, including CCTV drainage surveys, drainage repairs and relining pipework to close off redundant connections.

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ pest control experience
• Hold RSPH Level 2 in Pest Management, essential
• Be confident carrying out detailed inspections, surveys and reporting
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be physically fit and comfortable travelling on foot across London
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a thorough approach to work
• Be experienced working across a variety of domestic and commercial environments
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our team, you will:

• Carry out detailed surveys, inspections, treatments, proofing and reporting
• Support both customers and fellow technicians
• Act as a professional first point of contact for domestic and commercial clients
• Work on drainage investigations, including CCTV surveys and no-dig lining repairs for complex rat control
• Provide expert pest management advice and recommendations
• Help maintain the high standards and reputation of our growing business
