On the 4th visit senior technician has been left upstairs on his own as I needed to attend to my baby. Three days later I realised part of my jewellery went missing. He denied, however we had no other visitors/cleaners, people that would be left unattended. This has been reported to the police.Never trust anyone, even if they seem extremely nice, profesional and trustworthy. People are truly unpredictable.

I recently moved into my new flat and discovered some moths in one of the utility cupboards. I immediately rang around for some quotes and out of the seven pest control companies I spoke to, Mercury really stood out. Lirian was very informative and was super helpful. The next day, David came over and did the first of two treatments. They have been amazing - I have messaged them in between visits for advice and they have always got back to me! Hopefully the issue is now sorted - appreciate these guys and definitely recommend!!!

Called Mercury Pest Control when we discovered a wasp nest in our loft area. They were able to visit the next day to deal with the nest and did a great job. They were super friendly and explained everything clearly. The job was fully guaranteed so they would have come back for free if any wasps remained but this was not needed. Great value and would recommend and use again!

Lirian is a really nice guy and very pleasant to deal, the mice were dealt with using poison which he kindly left down as my dog can’t get in the loft! I have not had any problems since and am very grateful! Very helpful and professional and I would definitely recommend.
I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, they really know their stuff and are a pleasure to deal with in spite of the problem they are addressing being anything but. After building works we had rats coming out of the manhole in our garden because it had not been capped off properly by our builder. I have been terrified to say the least and these guys have spent many phone calls and texts talking to me and explaining the situation. They helped with baiting, installing a rat barrier in the drain, assessing risks in the house and also recommended a quality drainage company for us when their inspection uncovered some more serious issues with the drain under our house that might have contributed to the problem. The only thing that I think would elevate these guys further would be if they were able to invest in camera equipment to inspect the drain themselves, that is a suggestion to them rather than a criticism. I honestly can’t fault them. Thank you David and Lirian for your thoroughness and professionalism!

Lirian and Mercury pest control were amazing. No one wants to have to deal with this but these guys make you feel assured and confident that the problem is being taken care of. We had issues in our backyard with rats burrowing from back alleyways and neighbours. Lirian quickly diagnosed the problem, throughly inspected and treated it and gave us really good tips on how to manage it longer term. Lirian was very experienced and thorough in checking for the source of entry for a rat problem we had in the kitchen extension roof void. His advice that it was the sewers was spot on. He provided support and advice even after he concluded his visits on dealing with Thames Water to get them to jet clean the sewers. After the clean, the rodent problem ceased.
Lirian was fantastic! He called by and got the job done in really good time. He communicated well and turned up on time. He was kind enough to visit at a time and date that suited us too. Cant recommend them enough! Ill be using them for all my other needs for sure.
After finding evidence of rats in our kitchen we contacted Mercury pest control, they very quickly located the entry point and the traps they set were effective. They offered advice on how to prevent any future issues. I would highly recommend their service.
I really recommend Lirian and Dave, they were both amazing. They quickly identified where vermin were entering our house, set up specific locations for catching the vermin, remained in contact about next steps and then provided remediation and protection against any vermin coming back in to the house. Really efficient, helpful and knowledgeable.

Lirian at Mercury Pest Control not only got rid of a mouse problem in a garage where they were eating through our stock but he also put seals on the door and covered a drainpipe so they could not enter the place again. Lovely guy. Smart thinker too.

I contacted mercury pest control a few weeks a great as I saw rats coming into my garden. The were very efficient and quick to act. They came over the next day and spent time looking for all the entry points so that they could be as effective as possible. They took there time and did not rush like other companies. They clearly explained the process and after 3 visits the rat problem had gone away. They then proofed all the entry points so that it would be harder for them to try this again.I would definitely recommend them. Great service really polite and always accommodating.Thanks!
